Shipping Information

US Orders: 

All of our electronic cigarettes ship from our shipping facility in upstate NY via USPS priority or first class mail. These shipping times take 1-5 days from when they leave our warehouse.

We also offer express mail (overnite) shipping options for all orders.

International Orders:

We do accept international orders. 

Returns: 

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be brand new in package and unused. Due to the intimate nature of the electronic cigarette we will not accept returns that have been used, tested, or tried.
